As of 10/11/2019, all transaction fees are non-refundable. This is due to the recent policy changes made by payment processors. Payment processors are no longer refunding fees to us and thus we are not able to refund those fees accordingly. Sorry for the inconvenience.
- All items (unless otherwise stated) are shipped in brand new sealed condition. Should there be any damaged parts, any replacement part requested is subjected to the approval of the product company / producer. Buyer will bare for the shipping cost of the replacement part.
- Should there be a product price increase made by the product company / producer, all committed buyers are subjected to the new revised price.
- Company product details could be subjected to change without further notice. Hence, we will not be liable.
- We will not be liable should the toy producer / company seized its operation or closed down. The Refundable and Cancellation policy will apply and all deposits and/or payments are non-refundable.
- We provide 3 pre-order options
Deposit- You will be paying an upfront non-refundable deposit to secure your choice of product. Remaining amount and shipping cost will be due when the item is ready to collect or ship.
Full Payment - You will be paying for the full price to secure your choice of product and enjoy a greater discount (if any). Shipping fee will be due when the item is ready to collect or ship.
Payment Plan - You agree to commit to a monthly payment plan to complete paying off the statue. You will be paying an upfront non-refundable deposit to secure your choice of product. Shipping fee will be due after the payment plan is completed and the item is ready to collect or ship.
- All payments must be made within 30 days after buyer is notified. Any payment made after Day 30 will not be accepted and the pre-order will be deemed as forfeited.
- Shipping cost is not included in the preorder and will be paid by buyer when the collectible is ready to collect or ship.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Any cancellation made after 24 hours from the date of order is non-refundable.
- For Deposit order, the deposit made is strictly non-refundable.
- For Full Payment and Payment Plan order
Pre-order item - the non-refundable amount will be based on the product deposit option amount, or if the product deposit option is not available, it will be based on 40% of retail price. The remaining balance, less any fees (transaction and/or shipping) incurred, will be refunded. The rest is strictly non-refundable.
- For example, Product A has the Deposit option of $400, and the Payment Plan option with required initial payment of $150. If the customer chooses the Payment Plan option and has decided to cancel after 4 months of payments totalling up to $600, only $200 is refundable.
Ready-to-ship item - any amount paid is non-refundable.
- If the order is fully paid and is ready to ship within 4 weeks, the product is non-refundable.
- If we have received the balance and the order is ready to ship within 4 weeks, the product is non-refundable.
Damaged Item / Lost Item / Return Policy
- All items (unless otherwise stated) are shipped in brand new sealed condition. Should there be any damaged parts, any replacement part requested is subjected to the approval of the product company / producer.
- If replacement is not possible, the customer can engage a professional painter/repairer to fix the problem. We will access the problem and may provide a partial refund as compensation.
- If the item is lost in transit and insurance is included, a refund or replacement will be given to the customer based on the shipping declared value. Customer has to opt for insurance coverage.
- If the item is lost in transit and insurance is excluded, any claim is subjected to shipping company discretion and any successful claims are likely a small fraction of the declared value.
